Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and card payments
• Replenish stock, ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Support with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment
• Assist with visual merchandising to promote products effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
